Refunds & Returns

At AIAZ, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Product tags, labels, and seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products (e.g., toothbrushes, grooming kits)
- Opened or used electronics and accessories
- Fitness equipment that has been assembled or used
- Pet items used or chewed
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Customized, engraved, or personalized products
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at aiazfzc@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong items, return shipping is free (we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse courier fees)
- For all other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock. If not, we can offer a store credit or full refund (based on eligibility). Please contact our team to confirm availability.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at aiazfzc@gmail,com.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images and your order number
- We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund — at no extra cost
